Lead a group trip and earn a FREE trip to Patagonia, Chile!

Expediciones Chile does custom and group trips to all destinations in Patagonia, Chile & Argentina. In the past we have hosted weddings, family reunions, corporate gatherings, environmental groups, outdoor clubs, high school trips, birthday parties, graduations & anniversaries. Because we appreciate the difficulty that group organizers go through to get a trip together we want to reward group leaders for their efforts in addition to giving a discount for the entire group. If you are interested in organizing a group trip please call our office to discuss the options.

What is the process of booking a group trip with Expediciones Chile?

There are two options. The first option is to have individual members sign up for a trip through our office the second option is to have a single designated group leader collect all funds and submit them to Expediciones Chile.

If you choose the first method all group discounts and group leader rewards will be discounted when the group number reaches the minimum thresholds outlined in the table below. If you choose the second method the group will need to reach the minimums outlined below before a discount will be applied.

Keep in mind that collecting deposits will be crucial to keeping the trip spots reserved for your group, especially through our December holiday high season. For these trips getting a early start will be imperative.

Group discounts are subject to final approval by our office. Some trips fill quickly, especially in our high season and may not have the capacity to support a large group unless booked well in advance. Group rates are not available for reservations made through a travel agency when an agency commission is paid.
