Step I. Reserving Your trip:

B.] Confirm your SPOT with Expediciones Chile
When you have decided on a trip, confirm your trip with a deposit ($400 usd), placing a phone call and having your credit card number ready. Or you can enter your card at our secure credit card page. Some of our trips sell out months in advance. You will receive an email confirmation of your payment with an important link to the trip registration form.
Please review our Payment & Cancellation Policy before booking. If the trip date starts within 90 days, you will be required to pay the full balance upon booking the trip; if your trip is 90 or more days off, we will charge only your deposit and 90 days before your trips starts, charge the balance.
Step II. Reserves In Route:

B.] Reserve your air travel and en-route needs in one stop with our travel agent Gilda. We highly recommend using Gilda All air travel has the information for Gilda and for you in case you are going to make your own reserves.
C.] If your trip requires a pre and post trip hotel in Trevelin or Futaleufu, you will need to make the reserve here. Hotel reserve Trevelin or Futaleufu here The hotel space is limited in these small towns. Make this reserve as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation. All other hotels
Step III. Trip Registration and Preparation.
A.] Shortly after your credit card is submitted an email "Welcome aboard confirmation" will arrive with a live link that takes you to our trip registration form. This is the only link to the form. As soon as you make your hotel reserve, go straight to the link and fill it in with your data. It is important to fill this out as soon as possible as it helps us plan for your arrival.
