Chile Week - Guided Class II/III
During
this week we will explore the numerous Class
II/III tributaries of the Rio
Futaleufu and work on developing skills that
will enable us to paddle bigger water. By
the
end of this week we will set our sites on
paddling the exciting "El Macal" section
of the Futaleufu. During this week we will paddle many of the same rivers that we teach on in our kayak school.

Futaleufu
Valley Week - Guided Class III/IV
This week will combine the less intense
rapids of the Futaleufu with runs on the Class
III+ Rio Azul and other neighboring tributaries.
We will get to see all of the action packed
Class V runs that have made the Futaleufu famous,
but in most cases we will use the well worn
portage trails around these massive rapids. During this week we will paddle many of the same rivers that we teach on in our intermediate kayak school weeks.

Futaleufu Week - Guided Class IV/V
This
is the ultimate week for advanced Class IV/V
paddlers. Our aim will be to hit
all of the major Class V rapids on the Futaleufu,
some more than once. On this trip you will
have the opportunity to paddle the hardest
lines on "Casa de Piedra", "Terminator", "Infierno
Canyon", "Zeta", and "Throne Room".
We may devote one day to paddling the Rio
Azul or
Rio Michimahuida. This week is for advanced kayak school graduates.
