Brief Route Description:
Travel to Chile's bustling capital city of Santiago. From here it's an easy transfer of flights to get you to Valdivia. Upon arrival in Valdivia, We will pick you up at the airport We recommend booking one's international flight for arrival in Chile as early as possible to ensure plenty of time in Panguipulli to relax, enjoy a good meal and get a good nights sleep before the Expediciones Chile trip starts the following morning.

Important Arrival Information:
One and a half hours are required between international and national flights in Chile. Try to schedule the first flight of the two daily flight to Valdivia giving you plenty of time to relax in Panguipulli the night before the trip starts. BE SURE TO INFORM OUR OFFICE OF YOUR FLIGHT ARRIVAL TIME IN VALDIVIA.

Important Departure Information:
When departing through Argentina, one will be dropped of at 9 pm at a hotel in Trevelin after a full day of activity in Chile. The following morning take a cab to the Esquel Airport (35 minutes) for a mid day departure direct to Buenos Aires in time to connect for an international flight back to your home country. It is not necessary to go through Miami on the return if a more direct flight is available.

US Residents: $131 USD, Canadian Residents: $159 USD, Australian Residents: $60 USD.

***July 20, 2009: Argentine Reciprocal visa fee proposal has been indefinitely suspended. A reciprocal visa fee had been proposed by the Argentine governement upon arrival in Buenos Aires Inernational airport. The proposed rates were $131 USD - Americans $159 USD - Canadians; $60 USD - Australians and if it is ever to be approved we are told it will be good for the life of one's passport.
